J's Menu - green curry chicken


Ingredients 
Green curry paste 
Chicken
Carnation milk 200ml
Coconut milk 300ml
Lemon grass
Thai eggplant
Indian eggplant (optional)

做法:
Marinate chicken with green curry paste for 2 hrs

Fry chickens till the skin is golden brown

Add eggplant and lemongrass, add the rest of the green curry paste - stir fry - add carnation milk, cover and cook for 15 mins

Add oka and coconut milk , chili powder (optional) cook for another 5 mins - done
