Mix the following ingredients
2 teaspoon of 雞粉
1 teaspoon of 五香粉
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
180g of rice flour 沾米粉
1 cup of water
We call this the "mixture"
Step 2
Prepare the following
Mushroom
Dried shrimp
臘腸
Dice them and pan fried them ( no need to add oil)
We call this "mixture 2"
Step 3
Boil the taro for about 10 minutes till the texture is soft and mashable. Pour out 90% of the water, leave a little bit in the pan.
Add mixture 2 and mixture into the taro pan and mix them
Step 4
Put it in a pan, cover by aluminum foil and boil them for 60 minutes. Add scallions as you like.
