Restoration (Creole and Cajun)

Chef Jack Carson created this New Orleans and creolo-inspired menu with a complementary twisted. The interior deco features post Hurricane Katrina salvaged window, corkscrew chair, and rustic table.

The Spinach salad with candied pecans, feta, spring onion and molasses pecan vinaigrette is rich in favors yet refreshing

The Crawfish Beignets is a must try.  It is cooked just right, very juicy, tender and savory

Jack's Fried chicken is the signature dish.  It is sauced with tabasco aioli. The watermelon pickles is a god complementary to the fried chicken

The dessert is comforting. Overall, it is Apple Crumble. You can't go wrong with apple crumble, can you?
